I work with clients online. Therefore, my office is in the comfort of your own home or car.

My hours are Tuesday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday and Thursday, 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday, 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Sessions are 50-55 minutes.

I require 36 hours’ notice before the scheduled session. Otherwise, the client will be charged for the missed session.

I hold a master’s degree in mental health counseling with 13 years of experience.

I work with clients ages 21+.

Yes.

We start with a symptom check. Then, we focus on skill presentation and practice, process emotions, etc., and wrap up.

I often assign structured homework; however, clients must practice any skills learned in a session outside of the session itself.

Depending on your needs, I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desentization, and Reprocessing), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Vagus Nerve Reset, Mindfulness, and Couples Therapy, including Gottman techniques.
